Keynote speaker
Lewis A. Kornhauser is Professor of Law at New York University since 1982. He works at the intersection of law and economics. As highlighted in his bio "The range of subjects to which Kornhauser has applied microeconomic analysis is incredibly wide, including fundamental aspects of jurisprudence that may never have been looked at from this perspective. His publications include articles about corporate takeovers, divorce, and methods of assigning monetary values to human lives". Professor Kornhauser has published numerous articles in journals in several fields, including the Journal of Law, Economics and Organization, the Journal of Legal Philosophy, the American Political Science Review, the Rand Journal of Economics, the American Law and Economics review, Social Choice and Welfare.
